Voices of Hope
To tackle raising suicide rates and youth mental health especially for youth of color in Milwaukee we partnered with InPower established a youth coalition to develop a mental health awareness campaign from start to finish. This youth inititative provided employment, opportunities, and key insights with youth as the creators and ambassadors of this campaign.
Through the process they developed a movement called 1More. We are now moving into phase 2 of producing the campaign and launching for Suicide Prevention Month.

OCD Awareness
1 in every 40 adults suffer from Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD). In an effort to break the stigma and bring awareness to the issue of OCD, Serve launched a guerrilla sticker campaign, placing over 100 messages in offices, shops, parking lots, universities, bathrooms and restaurants around Milwaukee during Mental Health Awareness month. The images were then promoted and shared on social media, generating over 9 million impressions. The effort was a part of the International OCD Foundation’s local OCDvocate Program.

Deb is a wife, mom of three, and author. She believes that by sharing her own lived experience, another mom might feel less alone. Through her story, Deb hopes to create greater awareness and help break the silence and stigma surrounding mental health, guiding families toward healing, understanding, and hope.

Miller Marriott Charity Home
Miller Marriott Construction Co. with the support of their suppliers, vendors and subcontractors, has donated land, design services, construction management, and more to build a charity home, where all proceeds will go to The Miller Marriott Charitable Foundation’s elected cause, Mental Health.
The home will serve as a vehicle to host events that educate, boost awareness, and reduce the stigma affecting individuals and families impacted by the challenges of mental health conditions through a variety of events in 2025, with the support of the National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI).
