Diversity & Inclusion Marketing Scholarship
The Serve Marketing Diversity Scholarship focuses on broadening the number of traditionally underrepresented groups in Milwaukee’s advertising and marketing profession. Specifically professionals of Black/African American, Hispanic/Latinx and Indigenous descent.
Serve provides an award of $2,000 scholarships to three deserving, graduating high school seniors from the Milwaukee area who are planning to attend college with a major in design, communications, business, advertising or marketing. Along with the scholarship this internship comes with mentoring and networking opportunities.

Internship Program
In Partnership with BVK and Brand Lab, I oversee and run an intensive summer internship program. Along with working on BVK clients and Serve nonprofit clients, the interns work on a campaign from start to finish over the summer providing them the opportunity to see the full process and pitch to real clients.
This year we also partnered with Future Urban Leaders to expose high school youths to the job opportunities in communication and help enhance their skills and network.
This internship prioritizes working with groups like Brand Lab to address the issue of lack of diverse voices in the agency space.
